1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms and conditions (the “Rules”) govern the use of the dez.md website (the “Platform”) and set out the rights and obligations of the Administration and the Users.
1.2. The Platform is operated by “AUTO DEALER GROUP” S.R.L., tax code (IDNO) 1016600001452 (the “Administration”).
1.3. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or publishing a listing or a part request, the User confirms having read, understood and fully accepted these Rules and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree with the Rules, please do not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
- Platform — the dez.md website and all services available through it.
- User — any natural or legal person using the Platform, with or without an account.
- Seller — a User who publishes sale listings (a private person, dismantler, auto service, shop or other company).
- Buyer — a User interested in the products in listings or who publishes a part request.
- Listing — information published by a Seller about a car part, tires, rims or a car being dismantled.
- Part request — information published by a User looking for a specific part.
3. Role of the Platform
3.1. dez.md is an advertising platform (an online classifieds board) that lets Sellers publish listings and Buyers find the products they need and contact Sellers directly.
3.2. The Administration is not a seller, buyer, commercial intermediary or representative of any party and takes no part in transactions between Users. The Platform does not sell products, does not collect payments for products, does not provide delivery, warranty or return services, and does not verify the condition, origin or compatibility of products.
3.3. All terms of a transaction (price, payment method, delivery, warranty, returns) are agreed solely between the Buyer and the Seller, at their own responsibility.
4. User account
4.1. Accounts may be created by persons aged 18 or over and by legally registered companies.
4.2. Users must provide real and up-to-date information (name, email, phone number, company name where applicable) and keep it updated.
4.3. Users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for all actions taken from their account. In case of unauthorised access, the User must notify the Administration immediately.
4.4. Creating multiple accounts to get around restrictions or bans, and using another person's account, is prohibited.
5. Rules for publishing listings
5.1. A listing must be published in the appropriate category (car parts, tires, rims, cars for dismantling) and must contain a truthful and complete description of the product.
5.2. Photos must show the product offered. Photos taken from other websites without the author's consent, and photos with contact details, links or advertising watermarks of other resources, are not allowed.
5.3. The price shown must be real and current. Compatibility data (make, model, generation, year, OEM number) must be accurate.
5.4. One listing corresponds to one product or one set of products sold together. Publishing the same listing repeatedly (duplicates) is prohibited.
5.5. Contact details in a listing must belong to the Seller. Once the product is sold, the Seller must withdraw or archive the listing.
5.6. The rules in this section apply accordingly to part requests.
6. Prohibited content and products
It is prohibited to publish on the Platform:
- stolen, illegally obtained products or products of unknown origin, and parts with altered or destroyed identification numbers (VIN, body or engine numbers);
- counterfeit products or products misleadingly presented as original;
- products whose sale is prohibited or restricted by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova;
- false or misleading information, or listings without a real intention to sell;
- offensive, discriminatory or obscene content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties;
- other people's personal data without their consent;
- advertising for other websites, services or products unrelated to the listing, spam and mass messaging;
- content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
7. Moderation and sanctions
7.1. The Administration may, without prior notice, review, move to the correct category, reject, hide or delete listings and requests that do not comply with these Rules.
7.2. In case of repeated or serious violations, the Administration may temporarily restrict or permanently block the User's account.
7.3. Moderation does not mean that the Administration guarantees the accuracy of listings. Users can report suspicious listings to the email address below.
8. Relations between Users and safety recommendations
8.1. Users interact and make transactions at their own risk. We recommend checking the product before paying, avoiding prepayments to unknown persons and keeping your correspondence with the other party.
8.2. The Administration does not mediate or resolve disputes between Users. Any claims about a product are to be addressed directly to the Seller.
9. Advertising on the Platform
9.1. The Platform may display banners and other advertising materials of the Administration or of third parties (advertisers).
9.2. The advertiser is responsible for the content of the advertising materials and for the products and services advertised. To place advertising on the Platform, contact the Administration using the details below.
10. Services and fees
10.1. Publishing listings and part requests on the Platform is currently free of charge.
10.2. The Administration may introduce paid services (for example, listing promotion). Their terms and prices will be published on the Platform before launch.
11. Intellectual property
11.1. The Platform's name, logo, design and own content belong to the Administration and may not be copied without its written consent.
11.2. By publishing a listing, the User confirms holding the rights to the published content and grants the Administration a non-exclusive, free right to display it, adapt it for display and promote it on the Platform and in the Platform's promotional materials.
11.3. Automated collection of data from the Platform (scraping, bots) without the Administration's consent is prohibited.
12. Limitation of liability
12.1. The Platform is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
12.2. The Administration is not liable for the content of listings and requests published by Users, for the quality, safety, legality or compatibility of products, for Users' actions, or for any damage resulting from transactions between them.
13. Personal data
Users' personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.
14. Changes to the Rules
The Administration may change these Rules. The version in force is always published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published means they are accepted.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Rules are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes between a User and the Administration are settled amicably or, failing agreement, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
