Create an account, open the "My listings" section and fill in the details: category, car make and model, part condition, photos and price. After submission the listing goes through moderation and becomes visible on the platform as soon as it is approved.

For buyers, using the platform is free. Fees apply only to publishing listings, according to the rates displayed at the time of publication. dez.md charges no commission on the value of transactions.

Find the part using the filters by make, model and compatibility, then contact the seller directly using the contact details in the listing. Price, payment and delivery are agreed directly with the seller — the platform only connects you.

If you cannot find the part you need among the listings, publish a part request: describe the part you are looking for and the car it is for, and sellers who have it in stock will contact you with offers.

The delivery method, timing and transport cost are agreed directly between the buyer and the seller before the transaction is concluded. dez.md is an online intermediary: we do not arrange transport and are not responsible for delivery.

Warranty and return conditions are agreed directly with the seller, as dez.md is not a party to the transaction. We recommend agreeing on the conditions in writing before paying and, where possible, inspecting the part on receipt.

Create a company account and specify your activity type: car dismantler, auto service or parts shop. After filling in your company details you can publish listings for parts, tires, rims and cars for dismantling.

If you come across a false, misleading or unlawful listing, write to us at [email protected] with a link to the listing. The moderation team will review it and remove it if it does not comply with the rules.
